It's sovled!!! Thank you SO much, LilTiger!!! You are one of the bestest friends I could ever have, and you help me out so well with the forum! I am glad I told you about it! The forum wouldn't have 11 members yet, if you hadn't spread the word around on MLK! 
Anyways, we got the Admin Panel back, thank you so much to LilTiger. I will be editing the buttons on this layout, and the background too maybe.

Yeah, it was a bit dark. Lion King needs to be bright and happy!
